Building Rental
Our buildings are available for rent starting mid May and ending mid September. None of the buildings have heat and only some of them have water so keep that in mind when you're thinking of your next event. All events must be approved by the Fair Board. We do have special rates for non-profit organizations. To see our meeting schedule check out the Event Calender page! Warmbold/Hill Exhibit Hall
This building is a large 60x260 open space with concrete floors and two large doors. Great for auctions, garage sales, and anything else you can think of.
Price: $300 per day
Paulson Livestock Pavillion
This building is our largest building on the grounds. (60x288) The floor is half concrete and half dirt with 4 large doors on each side of the building.

Other Buildings
We have many other buildings on our Grounds including the Pavillion, School House, and Poultry Barn. If you think it will work for your event we would be happy to rent them to you.

Bathrooms
We have one building that houses bathroom facilties on the grounds. Bathrooms are only available to rent from mid May to mid September.
