Building & Grounds Rentals

Our buildings and grounds, including 21 acres of field in Park Rapids, MN, are available for rent. Grounds are available for rent anytime during the year including the winter. Buildings are available mid-May through mid September. None of the buildings have heat and only some of them have water so keep that in mind when you're thinking of your next event. All events must be approved by the Fair Board. We do have special rates for non-profit organizations.

Warmbold/Hill Exhibit Hall

 

This building is a large 60x260 open space with concrete floors and two large doors. Great for auctions, garage sales, and anything else you can think of.

Paulson Livestock Pavillion

 

This building is our largest building on the grounds. (60x288) The floor is concrete. It has 4 large doors on each side of the building. 

Bathrooms

We have one building that houses bathroom facilities on the grounds. Bathrooms are available to rent from mid-May to mid-September. 

Grandstand Arena

​

 Plan your next event inside our Grandstand Arena. With bleachers, a ticket booth, annoucer's stand and room to roam all you will need to do is plan!

Other Buildings

​

We have many other buildings available for rent on our Grounds including: Pavillion, School House, and Poultry Barn. 

Front Field

​

With an open field right next to the Highway 34 you will have great exposure for your next event.
