Give Back to Your Community... The Hubbard County Fair is planned and ran by the Shell Prairie Agricultural Association, which is made up of 16 board members. Each year we depend on amazing volunteers like you to create a memorable experience for everyone. Volunteer opportunities range from grounds and building maintenance to assisting with grand stand events to helping with open class. We need volunteers to help with the pork booth and ice cream booth. You can help as little or as much as you want using the talents you possess.
